LED Bulb Lamp Cup Injection Moulding Machines
Plastic injection molding injects plastic with installation kit. The three-station die (one upper die, three lower die) of three-station disc turntable can operate simultaneously, greatly saving the time of changing mould, production cycle time is shortened from original 30 seconds by manual operation into 15 seconds. PLC computer control, so that each link operation is accurate. This Lamp Cup Injection Moulding Machines can operate for up to 22 hours without stopping to maximize working efficiency.

Main Features
1. The round working table which controlled by independent servo motor, can reach a positioning accuracy of 0.16 points (1 degrees=60 points).
2. Three lower moulds rotates by 120 degrees for continuous production, which saves the waiting time and improves the working efficiency.
3. The round working table locked by a fixed pin, ensure high-precision positioning for precise alignment of the upper and lower moulds.
4. This machine adopts automatic feeding & embedding devices for aluminum cups as well as the automatic take-out device for finished products. It shortens the production
cycle time from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, which greatly improves the production capacity and realizes the automatic production.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.

2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.
3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.
4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.
5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
d) How do you control quality through production process?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.
